Privacy Policy
Block Rush · Last updated: July 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and shared when you play Block Rush (the “Game”), developed by Nihat Şimşek (“we”, “us”, “our”). By playing the Game, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
Block Rush does not require you to create an account or provide your name, email, or address. We collect:
- On-device data. Your game progress, level, coins, boosters, lives, and settings are stored locally on your device. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us.
- Advertising identifiers. To show ads, our advertising partner (Google AdMob) may access your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA). On iOS this only happens if you allow it through the App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you do not allow it, you will still see ads, but non-personalized.
- Usage & analytics data. We use analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase) to understand how the Game is played — e.g. level starts/completions, in-app actions, session length, approximate region, device model, OS version, language, and app version. This data is aggregated and not used to personally identify you.
- Diagnostics. Crash and performance information may be collected to improve stability.
- Purchases. In-app purchases are processed by Apple. We receive confirmation that a purchase occurred but do not receive or store your payment card details.
2. How We Use Information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Game.
- To display advertisements (including rewarded ads) and measure their performance.
- To understand gameplay and fix bugs through analytics and diagnostics.
- To process and validate in-app purchases.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms.
3. Advertising
The Game is free and supported by ads served through Google AdMob and, via AdMob mediation, additional ad networks (such as Unity Ads). These partners may use advertising identifiers to serve and measure ads.
- On iOS, personalized advertising uses the IDFA only with your permission (App Tracking Transparency). Change it anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Learn about Google’s use of advertising data at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
4. Third-Party Services
- Google AdMob & Google Analytics for Firebase — policies.google.com/privacy
- Ad networks served through AdMob mediation (e.g., Unity Ads) — see each network’s policy.
- Apple (App Store & in-app purchases) — apple.com/legal/privacy
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with the service providers listed above, strictly to operate the Game, serve ads, and process purchases, or where required by law.
6. Data Retention
On-device data remains until you delete the Game or clear its data. Advertising and analytics data are retained by the respective providers according to their policies.
7. Your Choices & Rights
- Advertising: Adjust tracking via iOS Settings, or limit ad personalization as described above.
- Delete your data: Uninstalling the Game removes on-device data.
- Depending on your region (e.g., EEA/UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, and to opt out of certain processing. To make a request, contact us below.
8. Children’s Privacy
Block Rush is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided such information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
9. International Users
Your information may be processed and stored by our service providers in countries other than your own, which may have different data-protection laws. By using the Game, you consent to such processing.
10. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page, with an updated “Last updated” date.
